Accused armed robber gives deputies the slip in Snohomish County
Timothy Lussier
CLEARVIEW, Wash. --- An accused armed robber is still on the loose after outrunning a number of Snohomish County sheriff's deputies on Friday.

Police have been looking for Timothy Lussier since early this month, when he allegedly committed an armed robbery in Clearview.

On Friday, Snohomish County detectives were tipped off to Lussier's possible location in Clearview. They soon found him, but when he spotted the detectives he sped off in his car.

Deputies gave chase, but Lussier successfully outran them and ditched his car in the area of Elliot Road and Echo Lake Road. Patrol units swarmed the area and used dogs to track him, but Lussier managed to get away.

Lussier is 34 or 35 years old, stands 6-feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.

Police say he's known to spend time in Marysville and Gold Bar and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about where he might be is asked to call 911.
