Armed Grim Reapers rob Beacon Hill family on Halloween
SEATTLE -- The search is on for three armed men who robbed a family while dressed up as the Grim Reaper on Halloween night.
Police said three men dressed in black "grim reaper costumes" knocked on the door of a home near 17th Avenue South and South Ferdinand around 9:15 p.m.
When the family opened the door, the men pulled out handguns and made their way into the home.
The gunmen forced a man who lives at the home into a bedroom where they took "a large amount of cash, gold earrings and a necklace, and a CD wallet," according to police.
The men fled on foot, heading east on Ferdinand, and remain at large. A description was not available.
No one was injured in the incident.
Anyone with information on the case is urged to call police immediately at 206-684-5535.

I was at a Walgreens in Renton last night while an adult w/ a full face mask came up to the register. I had my hand resting on my pistol the entire time....freaking morons.
Several corrupt FBI and DEA in the San Francisco Bay area are running their own theft ring.
It involves the fabricating of evidence and stealing from suspects.

Many of their suspects have nothing to do with crimes but are only targeted because of their circumstances.
The Department of Justice has a problem with agents that steal.

No one will do anything about the stealing because so many profit from it. It could be that Louis Freeh used to steal from suspects.

This is precisely why I took 4 hours of sick leave last night to come home early to run security at the homestead. I greeted every visitor last night wearing my XDM 40...hehehe...it made the evening so much more interesting.

Not sure why but my first thoughts of this was possibly an insurance fraud scheme~ as no one was hurt, no way to identify anyone.. but   "a large amount of cash, gold earrings and a necklace, and a CD wallet," was taken. Hhmmmmmmm.....  would like to hear more about the story.....

As I recall the dollar amount was $3000-$5000 and this might have been one of the robbery festivities last night where there was a language barrier(Spanish) that slowed down getting information.
I certainly would not fear the reaper. I would love to use their heads as cowbells, after all, I would really have a fever where the only perscription is more cowbell, if you know what I mean. ;)

People are responsible to defens themself all three should have gotten lead poisoning.

 @Wickedwitch If they are running away that means you will shoot them in the back. If they are injured (or dead) enough for you to drag them back inside you will leave a trail of blood or other evidence. Either way the authorities (police, forensic investigators, medical examiners and prosecutors) will KNOW that you shot them while they were fleeing and YOU will be in the hot seat.
 @Furd In Florida a man chased down a guy who stole his car stereo and when the guy turned around and swung the bag of car stereos at him, the "victim" stabbed the robber to death and wasn't even prosecuted under "stand your ground." By the way, the stabber never called 911, hid the knife, and sold the radios.Â

 @caphillkid Washington state isn't Florida. Here you may only use deadly force if your life or the life of another is in peril. If the aggressor is running away he (she) cannot be putting your life in peril.
