Bellevue teen identified as 9th victim in fatal bus crash

PENDLETON, Ore. - Authorities have released the identity of the final victim killed in a charter bus crash in rural eastern Oregon. Oregon State Police on Tuesday identified the ninth fatality as Richard Michael Sohn, a 19-year-old man from Bellevue.
Sohn was a sophomore at Seattle Pacific University, school officials said, majoring in visual communication.
Nine people were killed and 38 injured when the tour bus crashed through a guardrail and 200 feet down an embankment along Interstate 84 east of Pendleton on Dec. 30. The bus was returning to Vancouver, British Columbia, after a nine-day trip.
Eight of the injured are still in various hospitals receiving treatment for their injuries. Investigators have yet to say what caused the crash, which was Oregon's deadliest since 1971.

Too fast for conditions, doesn't take a study to figure that one out. That and from the tone of a lawsuit, too tired to drive a bus load of people on dry pavement.
Terrible for all involved...
Too young.........thoughts and prayers to the loved ones.. :(
