Very sad. I am sorry to the parents for their loss. Each can speculate why the child didn't have his seatbelt on. Whether he took it off without his parents knowledge, or the parents did not enforce it, the story does not say. Bottom line is a family lost a life in a tragic way. Very sad.
Sad news.
Â
I agree with the seatbelt comments, but what caused the car to leave the roadway? Was it fatigue or mechanical failure? Seatbelts are there to protect in the event of an accident, but more important is to prevent the accident from happening in the first place. Â
RIP little guy. How come a young child wasn't wearing a seat belt? Â So very sad.Â
So sad. Condolences to the boy's family and friends.
Why was the boy not wearing a seatbelt??? If you ask me, this is irresponsible parenting. RIP to the boy.
people, wear your seat belts please and make your children as well
Thoughts and prayers for the family and friends.

Seat belts are so simple and save lives! Theoretically, this could have been prevented.Â
Sad. RIP kiddo.
Who let's a 10 year old ride without a seat belt? It reasons like this why it is the law!
A very sad, regretful, and tragically neglectful person. That's who.
@PilonidalCyst Or somebody, like me, who's child took off their seat belt during the drive unbeknownst to their parent.  No need to be an ass about this when we don't knwo the facts.  This poor person lost their child. Â
Who said the driver was the parent. Gosh, look who's assuming stuff all of a sudden.
