Help find owner of bunny left behind on monorail

Do you know who this bunny belongs to?
This fluffy creature was left behind on the Seattle Center Monorail last week, and staff members there are trying to reunite it with its owner.
They've sent out calls via Facebook and Twitter, but have yet to hear back.
As they wait for the owner to come forward, they've been taking the bunny on an adventure of sorts around town and taking photos!
If you know the rightful owner of this cute doll, please contact the monorail staff via Facebook.

There is room for this on the site but absolutely no report on the serious injury accident that happened near black diamond today?
Cute bunny. I hope they get a little blanket for bunny in case he or she gets cold at night.

I was thinking it is too bad that others can't add to the adventures of the bunny, adding photos for his photo album by the Monorail folks. Can you imagine the bunny at the Museum of Flight, or the Wooden Boats at south Lake Union? Or at the top of the Space Needle? The bunny wasn't lost, he was simply having an adventure!
Wow, this is pretty sad excuse for a forum, more like a flame fest! It was just a nice little side story that the news did to lighten the mood. Sticks and stones! Hate all you want! See ya!
This story warmed the cockles of my heart! : ) Reminds me of my favorite story, The Velveteen Rabbit!!

KOMO can do whatever hell type of news story they want!!! I think it shows they have a HEART!!! I lost a toy once that I was very attached to and I was very upset as its all I had!! My mom's friend decided to go back and look for it and found even though it was a long way back to the beach. I ALWAYS will remember him as the kindest person ever! It taught me that not all adults are heartless and mean! It was during a very traumatic time in my childhood at the time and I think it was a very important gesture by that man, that salvaged my faith in humanity!! I STILL have that "horsey" and I am 45 years old! When I look at it, reminds me that not all people are evil!! When you're a child everything is intensified! I remember what it feels like!
@My-celiums Do you work for KOMO? Did this article say a child left if behind? Maybe it's yours. I frankly don't care. I think your issues go much deeper than any of us can even fathom.
 @My-celiums Whoah...... talk about high drama. God forbid something actually important should ever happen in your life.
 @Middle Ground God forbid your opinion on that should actually BE middle ground!
What a terrific thing to do you monorail peoples! Somebody is going to recognize this little bunny and her owner will have a happy reconciliation with pictures to keep him smiling for a long time, thanks to you!
I hope those of you that posted negative comments don't have kids, because you are sick and heartless. There is some little kid out there that is probably still screaming bloody murder because their dolly is lost. Â I've been around enough kids in my life to know it's highly traumatizing to a small child to lose their dolly. I just hope that the child that lost their dolly gets reunited with it soon.
 @anonstanwood There is always some kid, somewhere, who accidentally looses a toy or stuffed animal. It happens everyday, and everywhere. It happened to me time, and time again when I was young. Not saying that I don't feel sorry for the kid...but this is not a news worthy story. In other news today: some poor lady ran out of gas on the side of the road, a family was stuck in traffic for 2 hours, some random guy got a really bad stomach ache after eating too much, and threw up.
 @glamdring2012 But in this day, we have the ability to easily reunite lost things with their owners via social media etc... NOT doing it is nothing short of being curmudgeonly! Grow a heart.

@glamdring2012 There's no need to be a wet blanket about it. Just move on to the next article that interests you & forget about this one. There's no harm done here.
 @anonstanwood THANK YOU!!! Perfectly said!
You negative posters can go ahead and eat a giant pile of dirt! There may be some kid (or kid at heart) missing his or her "non-moving friend" right now...and I bet you tons of bank that you would not say the same thing if it was your loved one looking sadly up at you, wishing his or her little buddy was home! You would move heaven and earth for them!
@DMT Kidding, right??
 @Koawoodplayer  @DMT No, I am most certainly not kidding.
 @Koawoodplayer  @DMT Sadly no. Can you imagine how unprepared for the real world her children would be?
 @Middle Ground If all of you guys noticed my original post, I did say kid or kid-at-heart. My opinions still stand...and I am proud of them.
Â
So sad to see you guys would be proud of yours - you'd rather watch kids cry. What if the toy was a special gift from a now-dead relative? We will never know, granted that...but think about it. You downers would rather see unfortunate news? Go ahead...
Â
By the way, I live in no bubble at all...and my 19 year old daughter is one of the most well-adjusted young ladies I could possibly hope to raise. She is now in college and has a daycare job at the same time...and she has many non-moving friends!
 @Koawoodplayer  @Middle  @DMT You go girl !!!
Â
Understanding that small children need some sheltering from the world's harsh realities, to have a panic attack over a lost stuffed rabbit is way over the top. As far as we know, that stuffed rabbit was never seen by a child to begin with. Now, DMT's blowing it up to be the end of the world for some kid.
@Middle Ground @DMT My own child left a beloved doll somewhere, but she did not freak out about it b/c I'm the kind of mother who can explain the realities of life and handling some disappointments that will occur. Yeah, I'm thinking that DMT needs to get back to reality. I wonder if he/she can make it out of the house each day or does he/she live in a bubble.
Now, this is a bit of RIDICULOUS news reporting. C'mon Komo. I'm usually supportive of you and your news team, but this is just plain stoopid. Let's hear about people helping people or something that we can benefit from. Newsflash! There are lots of lost toys out there. Sheesh.
 @koawoodplayer:Â
I don't think it is ridiculous at all. It made me smile, and brought back memories of my son when HIS favorite friend was a stuffed buuny. Bunny went EVERYWHERE with us, and I can imagine what the friend of THIS bunny is feeling like without their companion. My son just turned 21 this week - I would love to have a little person in my life again, they help you see the world from a whole different perspective. I hope that this child & this bunny are reunited - showing the child that there ARE good people in the world.
Â
Does everything have to be "hard news"? Can't something be posted that is a "feel good" story? Perhaps KOMO should do what my group does on their chat list - if it has nothing "official" to do with the group (such as advertising a yard sale) tghey put "non-___" in the subject line. KOMO could flag stories such as this as "feel good" or "warm & fuzzy" so people like you could could ignore them.
@Koawoodplayer And you benefit from all the stories and murders, robberies, and rapes? It probably took Komo only a few minutes to put something together in hopes of reuniting something with its (most definitely grateful) owner. That benefits the bunny owner so quit being selfish. You didn't HAVE to read the story and you didn't HAVE to post about it. Sheesh.
@Tattooed_Angel Relax, would you?! I said, if you were reading correctly, I'd rather hear of stories that have some significance for the good of all. How does this story benefit the rest of us or most of us? If you need a warm fuzzy that badly, check your own circle of friends. I am sorry you were deprived as a child.
 @Koawoodplayer This story IS about helping someone...it's about helping this little bunny get home!!! Also about helping the person who might be missing this "non-moving friend!"
@DMT You're kidding, right?
 @Koawoodplayer  @DMT NOPE!
 @DMT Wow! I'd hate to see how you'd react if there was a story about a stubbed toe or broken finger nail. The horror of it.
Â
You're being way overly dramatic in case you hadn't noticed.
Having trouble finding anything to report on today, Komo?
