Explosion blows Portland manhole cover off

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - An underground explosion blew a manhole cover off in downtown Portland early Sunday.
   
KGW-TV reports crews from the Portland fire department went to put out a fire in an underground electrical vault around 5 a.m.
   
No damage was reported to nearby buildings and power was still on in the area.
   
No one was injured by the explosion.
   
Several commuter train lines were shut down after the explosion.
