Father arrested for allegedly assaulting 2-month-old baby
LACEY, Wash. -- Police have arrested a 20-year-old Lacey resident for allegedly assaulting his 2-month-old baby.
According to the Lacey Police Department, the baby was hospitalized with suspicious injuries, including fractures, Tuesday afternoon.
An investigation into the incident and a series of interviews, led a Lacey Police detective to believe the baby's father assaulted her that morning.
The father was arrested and booked into Thurston County Jail for investigation of assault of a child.
The baby's injuries are not life threatening, according to police.
Keep it in your pants if you don't want to deal with raising kids.

Obviously it was the 2 month old's fault. Probably crying or needing changed or fed. You know the things that babies do.
New parents gets sterred pretty easily. Usually its an unwanted pregnancy anyways which is pretty stressful in itself. I would just send him to some sort of a court ordered parenting class to learn to deal with the ups  and downs of raising a child.
People should have to have a license and be over 3o to breed, honestly.

Not a huge fan of governmental interference, but you have to have a driver's license - how about a license to have a child?

I'm sorry but ANYONE who hurts a child should not have the right to a trial. There should be nothing to discuss except for who is pulling the trigger which I will gladly volunteer to do each and every single time. The harsher we are more people will think twice before commiting such a disgusting act!!!
@tkyed If the guy is guilty of harming the child then he is disgusting and should be locked up for a long time. But there is a reason facts and logic determine guilt or innocence and not emotion. Ideas like yours, if they take off in a society, are the precursors to some of the most disturbing travesties of justice in our history. Think Salem witch trials or any number of examples of vigilante justice....is this really a road we want to head down as a society? I don't claim that our current court system works as it should but to throw it out and start executing people without due process is a severely frightening prospect.
@dg54321 @tkyed I understand what you are saying and I agree. Let me clarify what I meant by saying when there is either an admitance or obvious evidence then someone who harms a child in any way should be shot.
Someone needs the living crap beat out of them. If you and I are arguing and it comes to blows, that's two adults being stupid. Someone beating up a child, an infant child at that, is beyond disgusting. I can think of a few lessons this guy should be taught while he's behind bars.

Any man or person who cowardly takes his aggressions out on a 2 month old baby should be publicly punished at the discretion of the community in which he lives, or cast out of the society. Â The legal system is supposed to ensure justice for all.
I just cannot imagine what goes through the minds of people that do this. So disturbing.
