Fight leads to shots fired at Pioneer Square night club

SEATTLE -- Police are looking for a man who fired shots during a fight outside a night club in Pioneer Square Saturday night.

Investigators say it started as an argument between two groups inside Club Volume, and spilled into the parking lot.

Some people in the groups started throwing punches during which items of clothing and jewelry were torn off and strewn around the lot. One person then went and got a gun from his car, and fired shots in the air.

Police say the suspects left in a black sedan with dark tinted windows and shiny rims, possibly a Honda Civic or Nissan Altima.

Investigators found a dozen spent casing at the scene and a wallet with a California ID who they believe belonged to the shooter or a member of his group.

This latest incident comes just one month after Club Volume was put on the police "nuisance list," due to an increase in calls for fights and underage drinking at the venue.
