Fire that burned Shoreline group home investigated as arson
SHORELINE, Wash. -- A fire that damaged a residential group home for special needs children is being investigated as arson, Shoreline fire officials said.

All residents inside the home in the 16500 block of Fremont Ave. N. escaped quickly when the fire broke out around 8 p.m. Saturday, but the home suffered significant damage.

Crews from Seattle and Northshore came in to help put out the fire.

Fire investigators are still looking into the cause of the blaze.
