Guilty plea in Marysville home invasion homicide

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) - Snohomish County prosecutors are recommending a 21-year prison sentence for 45-year-old Johnathan "Bigfoot" Frohs for killing a man during a home invasion robbery at Marysville.

The Bonney Lake man pleaded guilty Tuesday in Everett to manslaughter, kidnapping, robbery, burglary and assault.

The Daily Herald reports Frohs and a crew of motorcycle and prison gang members held a couple at gunpoint in December 2011 at a home where they were looking to retaliate against two men who had ripped off a drug dealer. The two men weren't in the home.

Frohs shot a member of his own group, 30-year-old Patrick "Bucky" Buckmaster of Tacoma, when he entered the home wearing a Jason-style goalie mask. His body was found a month later in a shallow grave.
