EVERETT, Wash. -- Police are looking for the two men who allegedly robbed an Everett Jimmy John's restaurant at gunpoint last week.
According to the Everett Police Department, the robbers entered the sandwich chain on Sievers-Duecy Boulevard around 8:30 p.m. July 23 wearing white surgical masks over their faces.
One of the men pointed a gun at a female employee and told her to open the register, according to police. When she explained only the manager could open the register, the man reportedly cocked the gun and repeated his demand.
The manager opened the register for the robbers and told them she had already set off the alarm for police.
According to police, the robbers grabbed cash out of the register, stuffed it into their pockets and ran out of the restaurant.
Officers were unable to find the men despite using police dogs and a helicopter in the search.
