Update: Puyallup police located Christopher Randolph Tuesday evening. He was not injured.

PUYALLUP, Wash. -- Police in Puyallup are asking for help to track down a missing teenager who wandered away from school on Monday.

Christopher Randolph was last seen at about 11:30 a.m. when he unexpectedly walked away from Kalles Junior High school. The 15-year old has cerebral palsy and is mildly autistic.

It's unclear what, if anything, caused Randolph to walk away from school, but police say he tends to "shut down" when's he's overwhelmed.

Randolph stands 5'11" tall and weighs roughly 125 pounds. He has a blond Mohawk-style haircut and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, a green backpack and green camouflage boots.

The department's Major Crimes Unit is currently investigating the disappearance and asks anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Puyallup Police Department Tip Line at (253) 770-3343.
