Homeless man pleads guilty to Toppenish child rape
YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) - A homeless man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl who had passed out drunk pleaded guilty in Yakima to third-degree child rape.
The 46-year-old, Vincent Matthew Umtuch, said he pleaded guilty Monday in a deal with prosecutors who agreed to drop a child molestation charge and recommend a sentence of about two years in prison.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reports officers found the man on top of the teen last August when they responded to a report of people drinking beer behind a gas station in Toppenish.

So he's guilty, I say no jail time, right on out and hang him. Maybe if Child Sex Offenders were immediately hung after conviction, this would cease to be a problem!Â
A 15 year old girl is drinking with a 46 year old man behind a gas station until she passes out... man, that is sad to begin with, much less what happened after she passed out.
@Willow It's unfortunate, but happens all the time.Â
so he's no longer homeless... Kinda hope they put him in with the "inmate convicted of beating one cellmate, blinding another".
Two years in prison for the rape of a child! What the heck?
@Gottadance Excuse me she was 15 and had been drinking with others  . Why was she out drinking ? Where were her parents ?  This shows the social break down brought to us by progressive Democrats .
@Gottadance thneres men who havent done a day in prison for child rape....wth
@Cara @Gottadance Shouldn't be prison time at all, just hung! God help the man rapes one of my kids, because if I get hold of him before Police, that's exactly what will happen. Nearest tree please!!
a good rope is expensive,... there are cheaper methods..
