Homeless man sought on warrant in Ore. girl's disappearance
Samantha Dodson (left) may be with Kelsey McCune, 40, the sheriff's office said.

OREGON CITY, Ore. --  Law enforcement officers say an arrest warrant has been issued for a 40-year-old homeless man, who is believed to have run away with a 13-year-old Oregon City girl.

The warrant accuses Kelsey McCune of second-degree kidnapping, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office reported.

Samantha Dodson went missing Tuesday night and deputies say she is believed to be with 40-year-old McCune, a transient who spent Thanksgiving with Dodson's family.

The pair may be looking for places to camp, deputies said.

McCune is white, 6 feet tall and 170 pounds with a glass eye and salt-and-pepper hair. Deputies say he makes money doing freelance computer work.

He may be carrying large duffel bags or backpacks with camping gear.
