Increased patrols around Olympia schools after abduction attempt
OLYMPIA, Wash. -- The Olympia Police Department is increasing patrols around Westside-area schools after a middle-school student was grabbed in a possible abduction attempt Tuesday evening.
According to police, the student was near Decatur and Garfield around 5:30 p.m. when a stranger grabbed his shoulder from behind and wouldn't let go.
The student struggled with the man, eventually hitting him and running home, according to police.
The man is described as white, 6 feet tall and thin with blond hair and possibly facial hair. According to police, he was wearing a white track suit and green baseball cap at the time of the attack.
Equal opportunity for homosexuals to abduct.Â
So apparently gun free zones don't apply to police... despite any number of SPD deputies being fired for killing or injuring people maliciously or incorrectly.Â

@NW-Economist Gee, gotta wonder about your guns at all cost love and on topics that don't concern guns. It's coming off as a sickness, really.
@the tide @NW-EconomistHow does this article NOT cover them? Because of "gun free zones" parents are not allowed to secure their children at schools against people like in the above, and we have to rely on extremely fallible police to do it instead. If you ever become a parent you will understand.Â
