@deadcandance I was the same age when my friend's house burned and she survived.  She endured YEARS of painful surgeries, skin grafts, physical therapy, etc., and was very disfigured and turned to drugs and finally died of that.  Not that I think it's better that this boy died, no way, but he would have had a long and painful recovery if he lived.  Very sad for his friends and family.

@deadcandance PS:  I am sorry for the loss of your friend.  That had to be hard to process, not only because of your age, but the circumstances.  Their poor mom.
@deadcandance She had a very hard life.  She ended up pregnant in high school too and they thought her skin might not stretch enough to accommodate the baby.  Burns are the absolute worst injury.  I pray this young man was sedated or in a medical coma this past week.
My sympathies to family & friends.
Ohhhh......so so sad....can't imagine the sorrow and sadness....love and peace to the young friends, who at this age, may be facing their first loss of a friend they thought was "too young to die". Â Harsh reality.....to his family, words cannot express what every parent feels for you....may God comfort you bless your days ahead.
RIP kid. This is very sad news, indeed.
