Authorities release sketch of suspected robber and rapist
SEATTLE -- King County deputies have released a suspect sketch and additional details about a Monday night home invasion robbery and rape near White Center.
Two armed robbers forced their way into a home in the10800 block of Sixth Ave. S. at approximately 9 p.m. on Monday night. The men assaulted a man and raped a woman, all while a toddler was asleep in the home, according to the King County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said a man who lives at the home had just arrived when two armed men approached him and forced their way into the house. Once inside, the men pistol-whipped the male resident, deputies said.
A woman who was inside the home was raped, according to investigators.
An 18-month-old toddler was asleep in the home at the time. The child was not injured.
"This is a very, very serious crime," said Sgt. John Hall of the King County Sheriff's Office said on Monday. "We have two suspects armed with pistols that forced their way into an apartment."
The armed men, who are both thought to be about 20-years old, ransacked the home before taking off with several items.
On Friday night, the sheriff's office released a sketch of the accused rapist. That man is described as being black with a medium complexion. He stands roughly 5'5" to 5'6" tall and weighs 170 to 180 pounds. At the time of the crime, he was wearing a dark grey hoodie.
The second robber is described as a black man with a medium to darker complexion. He stands 6-feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds with a slim build. He was wearing a black hoodie and grey shoes, which could have been Air Jordan brand.

Gee, thanks for the description. Armed  Black males wearing dark hoodies and Air Jordans. That pretty much describes 99% of all black males living in White Center and just about everywhere else south of Seattle.
When two guys in hoodies approach you at night, chances are they are not asking you for a direction.Â
