Lummi man pleads guilty in death of baby daughter
SEATTLE (AP) - A Lummi tribal member who was frustrated by his baby daughter's crying squeezed her head between the bicep and forearm of his right arm.
The 6-month-old died in May of skull fractures and brain bleeding.
The U.S. attorney's office in Seattle says 23-year-old Lawrence V. Tom pleaded guilty this week in federal court to manslaughter and faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced in March.
The case was investigated by the FBI and prosecuted in federal court because the death took place on the Lummi reservation.

This guy needs to be eliminated.
Manslaughter?? How is this not murder? He murdered this precious baby and now he only faces 10 years in prison? He should be taken out back and fed to the wolves.
Precious baby ... RIP!!
10 years is not enough time for what he has done. If you can't handle your kid crying, you call someone to help you, or take a few minutes outside to cool down if you absolutely have to. You don't crush her skull like a beer can.
DISGUSTING!!
