Man accused of flashing kids in line to see Santa
SEATTLE -- A 45-year-old man was arrested Sunday for allegedly exposing himself to a group of children waiting in line to see Santa Claus.
Security officers at a downtown business called police just before 10 a.m. to report a strange man lurking around a group of kids who were waiting in line to get their photos taken with Santa. The man, who drinking a bottle of hard lemonade, had his zipper down and wasn't wearing any underwear, leaving his genitals visible to the children, according to police.
Officers arrived a short time later and arrested the man. They also discovered that just two days earlier he had been picked up for allegedly masturbating in front of a bank on 13th and East Madison.
The man, who has not been named, is being held in King County Jail for investigation of indecent exposure.

He was pick up just two days ago and he is out, is the jails really that full that anyone is getting out? He needs to be put away somewhere safe because he sure does not have normal thinking.Â

If he had been picked up two days earlier for masterbating in front of a bank......why the heck was he out and about?
 @achoo2 Our justice system is not set up to imprison people until found guilty. Even pedophiles are let out after they are arrested. It is after a trial that they may do some time. I say may because it is very difficult to prove guilt when the only witness is a child.Â
