Man with girl issues possibly burglarized by 'one of many honeys'

SEATTLE -- A man who has been having some girl issues lately may have been burglarized by one of his many honeys while he was distracted playing video games with his kids, according to the Seattle Police Department.

According to the police report for the incident, the Beacon Hill resident called 911 around 4 a.m. Monday when he couldn't find his cellphone.

He told officers he had been downstairs playing video games all day with his kids when he got that feeling that someone was inside his house. When he went back upstairs, his phone was missing.

The man told officers people have been calling his other phone with "prank-like phone calls," and every time he calls his missing phone, it goes right to voicemail.

He said he has "a lot of honeys" but has been having some "girl issues" lately. According to the report, he thinks maybe "one of his honeys" took the phone.

The man told officers he's upset about the theft because he thinks someone is using his phone to call "all of his [women]."

According to the report, whoever took the phone likely came in through a bedroom door the victim leaves unlocked because he goes in and out frequently to smoke.
