Man with 'orange skin' and teardrop tattoos robs Capitol Hill bank

SEATTLE -- Police are searching for an armed robber who held up a Capitol Hill bank Wednesday evening.
Dispatchers received a 911 call just after 6 p.m. about a robbery at a Chase Bank in the 200 block of Broadway Avenue East. Bank workers say a man walked in armed with a handgun and demanded money.
After getting an unknown amount of cash, the man ran out of the bank's east exit.
The man is thought to be in his 30s or 40s. He stands roughly 6'1" tall and has what police describe as "orange skin" and long red hair.
He has teardrop tattoos under both eyes and was last seen wearing a tan knit cap with an orange stripe, a red jacket and light blue jeans.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call police.

Capitol Hill robbers have what designers call flair and style when they perform a bank robbery.
Par for the Capitol Hill weirdo course...
Was it an Oompa Loompa?
Terminate, with extreme prejudice.
The recession has hit Willy Wonka hard, the Ompa Lompa's are just trying to make ends meet.
Jaundiced with teardrop tattooos? (jaundice can look orange instead of yellow in some cases) Sounds like a junkie that has killed someone (teardrops)......my advice? If seen, terminate.
Pictures!
Orange skin? As in tanning saloon junky? Or someone on a carotene intake?
" Orange skin and long read hair." Â Well, maybe he ran out of money for self-tanner. Â The hair, I can't explain.
