Motorcyclist killed in crash at Sumner
SUMNER, Wash. - A motorcyclist was killed early Saturday when he lost control and slammed into a guardrail in Sumner, the Washington State Patrol reported.

State troopers were called to the scene, near the interchange of Highway 167 and Highway 410, at about 12:45 a.m. after receiving a report of a crash.

The motorcyclist, a 43-year-old Kent man, was found dead at the crash scene.

An investigation found that he had been heading north on Highway 167 on a 2008 Kawasaki ZG1400 when he lost control as he passed Highway 410. He crashed into the guardrail and was killed.

The name of the motorcyclist is being withheld pending notification of his next of kin.
