Pedestrian seriously injured in hit-and-run crash near Poulsbo
NEAR POULSBO, Wash. -- Two pedestrians were injured, one seriously, in a hit-and-run crash on Friday evening.
The incident occurred on Pioneer Way NW at NW Edgewater Boulevard at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Investigators said a car struck two young women from behind and pushed them into a ditch.
One of the women sustained serious injuries, and was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Her injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
The second pedestrian sustained minor injuries.
The involved driver fled the scene and remains at large.
Investigators have not found any witnesses, and a description of the sought car was not available.

I suspect that many hit-and-run drivers have some other unrelated reason why they don't want to wait for the cops to show up - most likely that they had been drinking before they got behind the wheel, but it could also be something like an outstanding warrant. So they figure that two wrongs make a right. Stupid.
Wow, they hit two people at the same time, and run. What a low life coward they are! Here's hoping you brag about it  and someone turns you in.
Man. Imagine how terrifying that'd be. I hope they find the scum who did this and the young ladies make full recoveries quick.
