Police: Body pulled from White River is missing Auburn man

AUBURN, Wash. - The King County medical examiner has confirmed the body pulled from White River on Friday afternoon belongs to a missing Auburn man, Kenneth Neil Collins.

The manager of the Windsor Park Apartments, located on 30th Street Southeast, reported the 47-year-old missing on Wednesday.

Mike Hirman, with the Auburn Police Department, says the door to Collins' apartment had been left open and he was seen earlier that day walking around the complex wearing insufficient clothing for the cold weather.

There were no signs of foul play found in Collins' apartment or on his body.

Officials notified his mother, who lives in New Jersey, once Collins' identity was confirmed.
