FEDERAL WAY, Wash. -- A registered sex offender from Bremerton was arrested on Saturday for allegedly taking "upskirt" videos of young girls at a Federal Way amusement park.

Police say 33-year-old Duane DeJesus was at the Wild Waves theme park Saturday afternoon when he began surreptitiously filming girls.

Another Wild Waves visitor saw DeJesus taking photos and videos of girls ages 13- to 16-years old, according to police.

Security guards found DeJesus in a gift shop and confronted him about the allegations. He allegedly admitted to takes pictures and video of girls for "sexual gratification" and said he was getting counseling for his problem, according to prosecutors.

The guards looked at his phone and found several "upskirt" videos and videos of young girls in bathing suits that appeared to have been filmed at the park, according to police.

Some Wild Waves visitors say they've seen a lot of "creepy" men at the theme park.

"It's really annoying and creepy," said Sophia Pinci. "You'll run into six creepy guys and that's just how it is."

Police arrested DeJesus, who is a convicted sex offender, on suspicion of voyeurism using an electronic device.
