Police: Shots fired at West Seattle home, no one injured

SEATTLE - Police are investigating what appears to have been a drive-by shooting in West Seattle Saturday night.

Just after 10:30 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of Southwest Cloverdale Street after receiving a report of shots fired.

Several residents were home at the time the shooting occurred, and they told the officers they heard the bullets hit the house but they did not hear any gunshots.

No one was hurt during the shooting, but police did find a bullet that hit a parked car and another one in the wood door frame of the home.

Detective Mark Jamieson, with Seattle Police, says they believe the shots came from a car on the street.

Officers searched the neighborhood but did not find any suspects.
