OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Eleven people are in custody after officers broke up a crime ring believed to be behind dozens of residential burglaries around Thurston County, according to the Olympia Police Department.
Officers stumbled across the burglary ring while investigating an identity theft and arrested its suspected head, 34-year-old Kenneth Linville of Lacey, Feb. 13.
According to police, Linville is now facing charges of leading organized crime, trafficking in stolen property, burglary and theft.
In addition to Linville, 10 accomplices were also arrested in connection with what officers believe are at least 28 burglaries.
During the bust, police recovered stolen jewelry, guns, coins, electronics and more.
