SEATAC, Wash. -- The 21-year-old man who was found with multiple stab wounds next to his dead sister Monday at a SeaTac apartment has now been arrested as the suspect in her murder, deputies said.

The brother called 911 just before 11 a.m. Monday to report his sister "was dead and they had stabbed her," said Sgt. Cindi West with the King County Sheriff's Office. The man also reported he had been stabbed.

Deputies arrived at the apartment in the 3200 block of S. 180h Street to find the body of a 24-year-old woman and her brother suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

The man told investigators that two men came to the house that night, killed his sister then demanded money. However, investigators came to the conclusion that the brother was responsible for the death and arrested him on Tuesday. He will be booked into the King County Jail for investigation of murder once he is released from Harborview's care, West said.

Investigators are not saying what caused them to suspect the brother, but do not believe there are any outstanding suspects, West said.
