Police nab pair of alleged home-invasion robbers
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. -- A brief but massive manhunt ended Wednesday evening after police arrested a pair of alleged armed home invasion robbers.

Mountlake Terrace police say the two armed men barged into a home located in the area of Terrace Ridge Park at around 6 p.m. The men robbed the residents at gunpoint before taking off on foot.

The residents called 911 and offered up a description of the robbers, which triggered a multi-agency manhunt.

Law enforcement agents from Snohomish County, King County, Shoreline, Edmonds, Lake Forest Park and Lynnwood joined Mountlake Terrace officers in their effort to track the robbers.

Both men were arrested a short time later, and there are no reports of injures.
