SEATTLE -- Police are trying to locate an unidentified man who choked a woman on Capitol Hill last month.

The incident occurred on April 28 at approximately 10:30 p.m. near Boylston Avenue East and East Olive Way.

The woman, who was on foot, was trying to locate an area club using the GPS app on her phone when the man approached her and offered to escort her to the club.
