Search resumes for man missing on Puyallup River

PUYALLUP, Wash. -- Search crews were back out on the Puyallup River on Monday to resume their search for a man who was swept away late Sunday.
Pierce County Sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer said the 29-year-old man was with friends who last saw him floating away with an inner tube.
A swift water rescue crew, searchers in an aircraft and sheriff's deputies on the ground spent several hours looking for the man Sunday night near the 12800 block McMillan Road east of Puyallup.
The missing man's name has not been released, but Troyer said he is believed to be from Buckley.
