Seattle architect giving voice, helping hand to area homeless

"This is Richard the charming. He is 58 years old, grew up in New York and graduated with an economics degree. Back in 1976 he moved out to Portland Oregon, working as a General Contractor constructing high-end homes for wealthy clients. He now lives in Seattle and is homeless. He has been living in his van since April with his dog Magnuson."
