Sheriff: $22K of stolen goods, guns, more found in South Seattle home

SEATTLE -- The King County Sheriff's Office recovered $22,000 worth of stolen property, 17 guns, motorcycle gang paraphernalia and more after a current employee and a former employee allegedly tried to rip off a South Seattle business.
The case started Feb. 13 when the owner of the South Seattle business called the Sheriff's Office to report the loss of $10,000 worth of Bluetooth keyboards from its warehouse. The business owner told the Sheriff's Office be believed it was an inside job because there were no signs of forced entry.
A full inventory five days later revealed another $12,000 worth of tripods missing from the warehouse.
The owner found what he thought were the stolen goods for sale on Craigslist, and an employee recognized the location were the Craigslist photos were taken as a nearby house belonging to a current employee and a recently fired employee, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Deputies served a search warrant for the house and found the stolen property, as well as 17 guns, ammo, outlaw motorcycle gang paraphernalia and robbery kits that included masks, gloves and zip-tie handcuffs, according to the Sheriff's Office.
One of the suspects has been booked into jail, and the Sheriff's Office hopes to arrest the second suspect soon.
Charges are pending for both suspects.
It gets better! They actually rent the house they live in from the owner of the company and it is two houses down from the warehouse. The ads on craigslist were taken in the kitchen of the house!
Criminals aren't the only ones who are dumb. So are the people who use the wrong words. Probably used spell checker.
Thieves are stupid and dumb! Of course if they were smart they'd be working for a living like the rest of us.

Oh Craig, what have thou wrought.
These guys couldn't have been dumber if they sold the items on the sidewalk outside the business.
Note to Business:Â Get a camera.
These guys qualify for the next president of this country from the looks of things.
"The owner found what he thought were the stolen goods for sale on Craigslist, and an employee recognized the location were the Craigslist photos were taken as a nearby house belonging to a current employee and a recently fired employee, according to the Sheriff's Office."...It's a good thing that most criminals are about as smart as dirt.
