Sheriff: Man arrested for allegedly exposing himself to young girl
WENATCHEE, Wash. - A Central Washington man is under arrest after he allegedly exposed himself to a small girl Friday evening near Wenatchee, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office reported.

Deputies responded to the scene, a home near Glendale Street and Sunset Highway, at about 7:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a man exposing himself while watching a young girl playing in her back yard.

The man fled when deputies arrived, but witnesses were able to tell where he had gone. Deputies later found the suspect inside a nearby home, and witnesses confirmed his identity, said Douglas County Sheriff Harvey Gjesdal.

As deputies tried to arrest the man, he resisted but was eventually detained without injury.

Gjesdal identifed the suspect as Armondo Dedios-Leyva, 34, of Orondo.

He was booked into the Chelan County Jail and booked for investigation of indecent exposure, trespassing and obstructing a police officer.
