Small plane crash-lands on Whidbey Island

SEATTLE -- A small plane crash-landed in a marshy field on Whidbey Island Thursday.
The plane flipped when it landed west of Clinton around 4:30 p.m.
The pilot, who was not injured, told investigators he had run out of fuel.
It was not immediately clear where he'd come from, or where he was headed.
