Teen arrested after body is found in Olympia
OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Police say a tip led them to a body at a homeless camp in a wooded area in southeast Olympia late Tuesday.
Police spokeswoman Laura Wohl said officers have arrested a 19-year-old transient for investigation of second-degree murder in the person's death.
No information about the victim was available, and police have not said what may have prompted the killing.

Sounds like this murdering "19-year-old-transient" doesn't have any issues that a fifty-year sentence breaking rocks and digging ditches in an efficiently run Labor-Camp wouldn't solve.
