WSU student falls from fraternity window
PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) - Police in Pullman say a Washington State University student fell three stories from a fraternity house window and was taken to Pullman Regional Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Police tell the Lewiston Tribune the 19-year-old man fell about 3 a.m. Friday at the Phi Kappa Tau house on California Street. Police say he was found in a basement window well, and that he was conscious and breathing.
It's the second fraternity fall in a three-day span in the region. At the University of Idaho on Wednesday, 21-year-old Kurt Wrobel fell two stories from his fraternity house trying to get into a locked room through an outside window.
He was air-lifted to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane for treatment of facial fractures and other injuries.

Couged it!
gee i wonder if he was drunk?
does anyone go to college to learn anymore?? or is it all just about drinking and partying now???
The adults overseeing the Greek systems at colleges are often arrogant know it all's who have never grown up themselves and no matter how much liability building design or drinking creates for the organization they just never learn from these incidents. Usually they are also the first to drag the school and the police through the mud about safety for their students but are constantly dropping the ball on their side and don't ever want to respond to the surrounding community's attempts to build relationship. Kids are kids, but the adults really suck in most of these situations. Â
Drunk college students falling out of windows ... how is this news?
He probably watched our pathetic performance against UNLV yesterday, was more drunk than Lindsay Lohan and you can fill in the rest.Â
Takes me back to the old Almost Live Wassu jokes.

Kids this is what happens when you miss day 1 of preschool spelling.Â
@CougsBravesPackersSounders Yeah I'm sure they're teaching the spelling of Wazzu in preschool these days. Technically it was a typing error which I couldn't go back and edit thanks to KOMO's new system. And I seriously doubt you've never made a simular error yourself, so therefore your smartass remark is uncalled for!
Put the alcohol down and grow up!!!Â
Young adults should be taught to drink responsibly, because we all know they're going to in most cases.
@two loons Drunks should be required to avoid open windows;)
