Woman, 2 children injured after high-speed crash on I-90
The car wound up in the median of I-90 next to Issaquah Creek after the crash.
ISSAQUAH, Wash. - A woman was driving at speeds of up to 85 mph before crashing on Interstate 90 Sunday night, injuring herself and two young children in the car with her, according to witnesses and the Washington State Patrol.

State troopers responded to the scene, I-90 near the bridge over Issaquah Creek, at about 10 p.m. Sunday after receiving reports of a serious crash.

Arriving at the scene, they found a car that had veered off the freeway into the median. Inside were a woman and two young children with minor injuries.

Troopers said the car nearly went into Issaquah Creek but was stopped by heavy brush in the median.

Witnesses told the State Patrol that the car had passed them going about 85 mph before the crash.
