A crushing injury leaves me speculating that somehow he got his arm under the bed of a dump truck. If that were so, "moving the truck" would not free him. That leaves him being somehow run over as a scenario where "moving the truck" would have freed him.

This story has very little information.
Ouch.
Now he's stuck dealing with labor and industries, no choice, it's more or less a sentence for getting hurt on the job. Labor and Industries has been known to funnel people with hand and arm injuries into training for minimum wage keyboarding. That's a fact. Regardless of what his doctors say, he will still need to be examined by doctors who get paid by the State to do what is best for the State. They will do it repeatedly, perhaps for years.
Based upon the story I just hope this guy can use a keyboard at anytime in the future. I'm sure at this point the least of his concerns are what you have posted.
Oh, hope he makes it. Â How awful, for his coworker too. Â Imagine the guilt.
But, and I usually cruise right by errors, the text needs work. Â He has life threatening injuries but they don't know his condition. Â His coworker 'manged' to move the truck (thank goodness). Â
Ouch!
Prays for the worker.Â
