Cops: Mass. bargain hunter took home TV, left tot
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) - Police say a Massachusetts man left his girlfriend's 2-year-old son in a car while he went shopping for Black Friday bargains, then went home with his new 51-inch flat screen television and left the toddler behind.
Police, alerted by store security, found the boy asleep in the vehicle in a Kmart parking lot at about 1:30 a.m. Friday.
They forced their way into the car and took the boy to the hospital as a precaution.
Meanwhile, they tracked the man to his Springfield home.
He told police he lost the boy while shopping, panicked and called someone else for a ride. The boy's mother was working.
The 34-year-old man was not arrested and not immediately charged, but police say they expect to charge him with reckless endangerment to a child.

Well, in fairness a kid is much easier to make then finding a 51 inch flat screen 100 bucks off MSRP
No he knew exactly where the kid was. BUT I bet his TV didn't fit so he called someone with a TRUCK to come get him. DUDE! Hope she leaves you before ya'll have kids together.
Another of those Romney for Governor idgits...
Black Friday has no respect for Families. Ban Black Friday!
None of this story makes sense!
There is nothing greater than living together with no commitment!!
@HullenbeckCowl
LOL, there are plenty of marriages out there that have no commitment......take a look at the divorce statistics! Do you really believe this guy would be less likely to be a moron if he was married to the boy's mother??? That is as funny as anything I've seen on here.

This poor little boy was put through a pretty traumatic experience because of a low life moron. My heart goes out to the little ones that end up suffering for an "adult's" lack of brain matter.

So if we get his story right, he not only "lost" the boy, but he lost his car too? The woman should "lose" this guy too. He's obviously a few pennies shy in the gray matter somewhere. Hope he enjoys the TV, because he'll pay a lot more than he bargained for.
When Black Friday turns into Gray, Foggy Thursday...
"Heeeere's your sign....."
"But judge, that TV was normally $175.00 and it was on sale for an INCREDIBLE $174.99!!!! With that one penny saved, I was going to start him a college fund!"
Women this is why you DON'T leave your kid with your man of the hour.
