Thomas Trice's truck look at his car which was swept away by flash flood water in San Angelo, Texas, Monday, May 7, 2012. Trice tried stopping on 3rd Street before getting to the water but he slid into it as he tried to apply his brakes. He was able to get out through the passenger side.
