Bunnies taking toll on cars at Denver airport

DENVER (AP) - Silly rabbits.
The furry creatures are wreaking havoc on cars parked at Denver International Airport by eating spark plug cables and other wiring.
To stop the problem, federal wildlife workers are removing at least 100 bunnies a month while parking companies install better fences and build perches for predator hawks and eagles.
KCNC-TV reported Thursday there's another way to stop the damage that can cost thousands of dollars to repair.
Mechanics say coating the wires with fox or coyote urine can rob the rabbits of their appetite. Fox urine can be purchased at many hunting shops.

I sprayed Rataway Fragrance on my engine and no more rabbit problems. NO BAD SMELL beats for urine.
Conspiracy theorists say Denver airport is a secret government installation for the NSA or CIA. Maybe the government's experimental killer rabbits got loose.
This is absurd, a customer shouldn't have to spray urine on their car so i doesn't get damaged at the airport.
@Dredd57Â Yeah. All these creatures should be exterminated. People should be able to park their hunks of metal w/o worry whilst boarding another hunk of metal.. Stupid animals.
This is the dark side of the Energizer bunny.
Dryer sheets would probably work just as well.
You can buy Fox urine? I sure hope these retailers don't do a direct deposit. YIKES!!!
Darn it's so hard to be mad at them. They're so cute! Maybe if they caused a bunch of damage on my car I could find it in my heart to be mad though ;)
"...and build perches for predator hawks and eagles."
Gee, what could go wrong with facilitating fowl to freely feast  at the airport, Captain Sullenburger?
@Getov Mylon Yeah... that and I don't like the idea of predator poop on my paint job... Yuck.
I didn't know rabbits could climb. How do they get at spark plug cables?

Yes because I want my car to smell like urine...NOT!
@BluefireJaguar Mmm...wait til you turn the heat on!
