Combine a ski jump with a demolition derby and you've got the "Dummy Downhill" at Mission Ridge. It's an annual event for quirky and creative types to build a dummy on a pair of skies and send it down a snow slope off a jump for distance or carnage.

Prizes are awarded for the Most Creative, Most Likely to Survive and Best Carnage. The rules are fairly simple. There needs to be a dummy onboard a contraption that can't weigh more than 100 pounds. It must be on ski or a snowboard and it can't contain any explosives.

This year's event was the 13th annual had a recorded number of 53 entrants with the winners in each category receiving a season pass to Mission Ridge or a pair of skis.

KOMO 4 Reporter Matt Markovich and Photographer Eric Jensen mounted GoPro cameras on a variety of entrants and came up with an unique look at this fun and family event that was held on March 30th.
