Jim Dreyer, a long-distance swimmer, adjusts his mask before taking off from the Clinton River Boat Club in Clay Township, Mich., Monday, Aug. 5, 2013 to swim 22 miles across Lake St. Clair while hauling dinghies filled with 2,000 pounds of bricks.
