This is the supposed copy of Barack Obama's birth certificate. From the beginning of his campaign it's been disputed if he is an American citizen, or if he isn't and was therefore ineligible to run for President. Phil Berg's lawsuit was thrown out, but his case wasn't the only one. Over a dozen different lawsuits are out there arguing his citizenship, one of which argues John McCain's citizenship as well. That case will be decided by the Supreme Court today.
