More than a few, but less than a lot.
That's an accurate breakout for the emails I got on my commentary that went after the Snohomish County Republican party for selling fake Barack Obama 3-dollar bills. (Read earlier commentary at this link. )
Jason Radabaugh writes: "I suppose you think that the distortions and lies that a group like moveon.org ... is using are okay. ... Both sides are guilty of gutter politics (so) quit pretending that it's only the right."
Pat Ferrell: "As usual, you are a moron. ... I can't believe how thin skinned you lefties are. ... Why don't you get a sense of humor and get your head out of your (butt)."
Roger Michael: "Waaaaaaaa! Liberal whining."
James Joplin Jr: "How do you know an Obama supporter didn't make (those bills) and then send them out (just) to hurt the Republicans?"
David Williams: "It's a joke and it is funny! I'm not sure how anyone can give this a racist twist, but a bleeding heart liberal will find a way."
And finally, from Cindy Warner: "It's amazing how you liberals are quick to express moral outrage over a simple joke. ... When is KOMO going to get some brains and fire you?"
Gosh, I don't know Cindy.
I can only hope KOMO doesn't get those brains anytime soon.
Thanks for writing everyone.
Have a great Labor Day weekend.
