Viewers to Ken: Quit ignoring Gregoire's lies

By Ken Schram

I thought that ignoring the truth in order to mislead voters made Republican gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi the perfect recipient for this week's "Schrammie." (See original story here.)

A fair number of folks thought otherwise.

Barry Doll writes: "... You must be pretty proud of propping up (failed Governor Christine Gregoire in order) to continue the socialist agenda."

Peter Vermeulen: "Hey Ken, come on down from your high progressive liberal horse. Gregoire's ads are full of lies, half-truths and innuendos also."

Tom Martin: "Oh you liberal Gregoire lover. Rossi doesn't have to do anything to show up Gregoire (because) she hasn't done much right."

Ron Davis: "I guess I missed the presentation of your 'Schrammie' to ... Gregoire for negotiating the worst deal in the (country) with the Indian tribes. ... Washington State gets zero money from casino operations."

Ron Larsen: "I wonder how many recounts it will take for (Gregoire) to win this time."

Timothy Black: "The deficit may not be realized until June, but make no mistake, it is very real."

And finally from Dustin Jolley: "Ken, not a day goes by when you don't come off as a jackass. Well once again, mission accomplished."

Well Dustin that's not entirely true.

I try to take Sundays off.

Thanks for writing everyone.

Have a great weekend.
