That was the explanation offered by county officials in New York State for the absentee ballots mailed out that listed Barack "Osama" as the Democratic presidential candidate.

Linking the Senator from Illinois to the terrorist responsible for 9-11 was nothing more than "an honest mistake innocently done."

There was no comment on Obama's running mate being listed as Joseph bin Biden on the same ballot.

She’s exonerated!

That's the word from the McCain campaign after it conducted its own investigation and said no, vice presidential candidate, hockey mom, Joe 6-pack maverick Sarah Palin did not abuse her power and authority as governor of Alaska.

So what if that finding disagrees with the Alaskan legislative committee that says yes she did?

He was shocked!

Sen. John McCain was shocked and stunned when a woman he was talking with referred to Sen. Obama as an “Arab.”

McCain quickly corrected her saying Obama is a decent citizen who just happens to be dangerous, naive and totally incapable of being president because he doesn't wear an American flag in his lapel.

Ah, I just love politics.
