A warning from police to boaters this weekend: Unless you’re driving a hydroplane…SLOW DOWN! the Coast Guard and state patrol will be patrolling this Seafair weekend – looking for anyone who might be impaired and steering a boat. We also get some tips on the best places to catch the show if you're not on a boat.
