The Pierce County prosecutor wants to try a 14 year old murder suspect as an Ken talks to him to find out why. Also, new job numbers offered some hope but no help to voters who are mired in a weak recovery and flooded with familiar promises from President Barack Obama and Republican Mitt Romney.
